Part 1

Understanding the Business

First, we will learn more about your company to understand your business's core function and what are the products & services you offer. Then, we'll clarify your business goals to ensure that we understand the business's objectives. Following this, we will discuss the company's mission & vision to understand where you see your business going. Will we also discuss the core values that help you do your mission well and bring your vision to life.

Part 2

Target Audience

Here we will discover the Total Available Market (TAM). The TAM would be the overall revenue opportunity available to a product or service if 100% market share was achieved. Following this, we make market segments the company can serve with its current product or service. We will create customer personas to clearly understand what the right customer looks like. And use the customer journey map to understand your customer's experience better.

Part 3

Brand Value Proposition

During this part, we will explore gaps in the market and learn about how other businesses that also solve your ideal customer's problems. We will also create your brand value proposition to create a statement that communicates what your company offers to your customers and how you differ from your competitors. This part will be the foundation of your brand's messaging system.

Part 4

Brand Personality

Here we will develop a unique voice for the brand is to ensure that when communicating with customers, the true personality of your brand shines through. We will also discuss brand visuals, including imagery, fonts, and colors, to establish the brand's look & feel to ensure that every element resonates with the desired audience. This will help foster strong connections between customers and the company, leading to increased trust and loyalty for the long-term.

Brand Strategy & Guidelines

Finally, we will bring it all together and outline your business goals and strategic branding into a single document. And to ensure your business has a consistent tone of voice and look & feel, we will create a brand guideline that acts as an authoritative source and "point of truth" for your branding components. These guidelines will include elements such as typography, images, color scheme, and messaging system which make up your business's visual identity and tone of voice.
